*interessant!!!!*This is the first time this semester i would sae i really did enjoy my dae though it was tiring and felt kinda LONG...probably due to the long distances traveled from one place to another. We practically did a Singapore tour, thank God with purpose and not aimlessly...Let birdie tell ya more about my interesting jour, which means day in my favourite FLENCH!
After we finished our boring tutorial at 11am, we zooooooooomed off to take our lunch at Marina Square's Asian Kitchen! Haha if u know me well enough, u should know how happie that sumptuous meal has already caused mi to be! Don't exactly know what i was eating, it's called Pho Bo-some kinda kway teow soup with chicken(oops, aint supposed to touch that 'C' thing) Hey but something was just so weird about today's meal....not sure if it's the combination of people---Paul, Chenfeng(bunnie), Jerri, Eunice and i..hmmmm~ i can't figure out, know what the weird thing is? No one said a single word during lunch, maybe just a few exchanges of smiles...the ice only broke when CF finished eating! haha so etrange(french for strange)! Oh well i've to skip some funny moments cuz it's just not nice to blog it out=P
Yay, that meal was super speedy and we once again zoooooooomed to the hotel opppsite, Pan Pacific for our day's first mission-a MOCK PROTEST! yesh u didnt see wrong, a protest! Haha all thanks to our dear classmate, Hongjun(LaziBoi). An interesting fact to noe's that we skipped todae's IPD lecture for that protest=P but it's not laziness that i consider a factor, more of the fact that we were PAID 30 bucks! felt that the opportunity cost would be the lecture then, which we cud self-learn la...heeee actually this mock protest is some kinda sales gimmick lah, not the illegal kind where policemen would be seen running after us...
It took us like almost 2 hours wait before we could do the real thangggg! I guess about 60 youths at least, aged 17-20plus, walking as a crazy group to a certain place where we were stationed to shout, "Time For Change! Time For Change! Time For Change!" Haha the presence of the media---cameramen and all, nearly took me by surprise lah....and why was i standing at the corner doin' that shout shout thing in front of that camerman?! ahhhhh i better not appear anywhere next few daes...oh well, it was still fun! Protesting is not like something u can do whenever and wherever u like huh, at least i was given the permission to!
Then zoom zoom, we cabbed off to Hougang's "chalet," haha no lar....we had to carry out a project/assignment so-called entrepreneurship training and sharing session for some physically-challenged ones at Asian Womens' Welfare Association! Woooo cool man....rushing here and there in a dae's so challenging and it just gives you that kinda rushy rushy important person feeling. COOL! oh anyway the sharing was done by Sasa and i....was hmmm yea, alrite, acceptable lah. Hope our new frens have found new hope in MAKING THINGS HAPPEN! may our upcoming trainings be more fun, exciting and full of interaction yea...Finally, we overcame a bit of anxiety and ambiguity in us before the sharing session not knowing how it's gonna be like. One more thing, we really hafta get used to that guy's way of talking, find him a lil' too direct...says the kinda thing our own teacher would, but it felt weird cos' he's not close to us nor has he worked together with us b4. oh well=/
yay...dae ended! journey home by bus then train took almost 2 hrs! wow, Singapore seems big for the veri first time....
In the meantime, miss me! Support Noodle!=P
