I feel so blessed! Just had a feast of Canadian Pizza and a Shepherd's Pie which I'd settled for after knowing that CHicken Lasagne and Smoked Salmon Macaroni are sold out =< Now aren't you already watering? To add on, it was all FOC! Hehe, cuz all my colleagues chipped in to treat me - my farewell lunch! =) hey i wanted so much to pay but for the like 10th time, they stopped me from reaching out to my wallet. *chuckles* =P I feel so bad, so i've decided to come back and visit them next week, bringing along some Ferrero Rocher at least...My Supervisor, who is also the Lao Ban(Boss), has just passed me the 'Assessment of Student by Company' form. Wooo he's so cool, shaded all the 'EXCELLENT' and 'GOOD' circles as a form of grade for my attachment. Haha, above that, he encouraged me to be an MP in future! I obviously didn't know how to react la, so i went, "ya ya, must see first."
"Wah, nowadays women ah, cannot pray-pray know, all got ability ah! Eh MP salary high leh, one month $14,000! Go join election.."
"Heehee, see first la...maybe in 10 years' time" *grin* Haha, so hilarious, it's not like being an MP is so easy. Ya, alright, to accede to their request i can be part of the next election....just to support them lah, dun tell me u'd really wanna see me contesting for it. Frankly speaking, i dun even see that in my dreams lor=P
Ahhh so thrilling, school's starting! Still remember counting down on my first day here, then it was 47 days to go...and now, 2 more days! Oh for those who have not heard, i'm taking Entrepreneurship and Tourism in yr 3, meaning in 2 days' time. Since i'm taking a mix, i won't have to take Interdisciplinary Studies and that also means NO SCHOOL ON THURSDAYS! haha i love THURrrrrSDAY man!

=There are many kinds of people everywhere, especially in any company and that is also where we'll get to see the true colours of people. It really doesn't depend on the position of one to determine the kinda respect one gets. The crucial thing is, no matter how much you dislike any particular person, you'd have to learn to work well with almost everyone in order to climb up the corporate ladder(hierachical issues are inevitable). Through this, i've learned that one's socialising ability and diligence is important, even if it means starting from scratch. My company essentially has a nice environment, but many things we see are ultimately still on the surface and until you blend in, you wouldnt know what really are in the minds of people. I've since begun to know why we shouldn't be hypocritical of others. If at any point in time you get upset with a colleagues' actions or behaviour, all you have to do is tell the person nicely what you think is wrong and should be corrected. If to no avail, a consolation I can give you is: at least you've tried! =) So dun gossip alright, it might seem fun but it leads you nowhere...hehe after reading so much, u got anything outta this?
